Export / Import Business
Global Trade Compliance
"Going global requires adherence to DGFT, Customs, and RBI regulations. One missing code can block your shipment at the port."
Please Note
"The regulatory frameworks and service lists presented herein are for informational purposes and may not be exhaustive. Compliance requirements vary by jurisdiction. We recommend a comprehensive legal audit."
Mission Critical (Must Haves)
Import Export Code (IEC)
The primary 10-digit ID issued by DGFT for cross-border trade.
Why do I need this?Impossible to clear customs or send money abroad without IEC.
RCMC (Export Council)
Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (e.g., FIEO, APEDA).
Why do I need this?Mandatory to claim export incentives (RoDTEP/RoSCTL) and bank guarantees.
AD Code Registration
Authorised Dealer Code from your bank, registered at the port.
Why do I need this?Customs won't process your shipping bill without an AD Code registered at that specific port.
Recommended (Scale Safely)
GST LUT (Letter of Undertaking)
Allows export without paying IGST upfront.
"Huge cash flow benefit. You don't block capital in taxes waiting for refunds."
Certificate of Origin
Proof of where goods are made.
"Essential for buyers to claim duty benefits under Free Trade Agreements (FTA)."
